Winifred Glaser Fries serves as Commercial Underwriting Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title’s Cincinnati National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Wini has been in the industry since 1991. After serving as COO of Longworth Title Agency (Graydon Head & Ritchey), she joined Commonwealth in 1998 filling various roles, joining the NCS operation in 2004. Today Wini is underwriting counsel for the Cincinnati NCS where she focuses her legal expertise on underwriting commercial transactions of all sizes and complexity levels, with a focus on problem-solving for customers.

Wini has been a past member of Cincinnati-CREW, the Ohio Land Title Association and past president of SWOLTA (Southwestern Ohio Land Title Association) and a current member of the Cincinnati Bar Association. She is also a licensed title agent in the State of Ohio.

Wini graduated with a B.S.N. from Vanderbilt University in 1986 and from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1991. She is happily married to her husband Joe for 22 years and has been blessed with three daughters, Adelaide, Piper and Beatrice. Wini is very health conscientious and loves anything outdoors. She is also very active in her community and church.
