Billie serves as Escrow and Title Assistant for Commonwealth Land Title’s Cincinnati National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She started in the industry in 2006 and joined the NCS in 2025. Billie’s role includes assisting our underwriters on various aspects of commercial and multi-site real estate transactions. This includes tracking, receiving, modifying, and delivering commitments and documents. She supports all departments with key customers and assists our escrow team with gathering documents and facilitating closings. Billie works directly with customers, as well as counties, and our local offices and agents.
