Nina Marx serves as Commercial Accounts Manager for Commonwealth Land Title’s Cincinnati National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Nina has been in the title industry since 1984 and joined the Cincinnati NCS in 2015 bringing with her a unique combination of professional experience and detailed knowledge of commercial real estate transactions. She works closely with the title and escrow team to ensure the specific needs of each client are being met. Nina utilizes her strong analytical skills and thorough understanding of potential problems to educate customers and guide them through transactions.

Nina is a member of CREW Cincinnati, ICSC, and OLTA. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History from Northern Kentucky University as well as an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Training from the University of Cincinnati. Nina volunteers for a foodbank and Habitat for Humanity. She is a Cincinnati native and the mother of two young men. Nina loves skiing (snow and water), spinning, weight lifting, running, and hiking.
