Genevieve “Vieve” serves as Commercial Title and Escrow Officer for Commonwealth Land Title’s Cincinnati National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Vieve started in the industry in 1998 and joined the Cincinnati NCS in 2000. She came to this office with a high regard for quality and efficiency to meet client requirements, and she continues to meet and go beyond expectations. Her focus is on local and national commercial transactions with the local law firms in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. She is responsible for escrow and underwriting which includes: providing quotes, review of title commitments, clearance items, survey review, zoning review, review of closing documents, preparing closing statements, disbursements, recording, and issuance of policies.

Vieve is a licensed title agent in Ohio and Indiana since 2003 and has a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She enjoys volunteering for various non-profit groups and enjoys spending time with her family.
