Brianne Brown serves as Commercial Title and Escrow Officer for Commonwealth Land Title’s Cincinnati National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Brianne started in the industry in 2001 and joined the NCS in 2005. She is responsible for all aspects of a commercial real estate transaction including review of examiner’s notes; commitment review, title clearance, and title underwriting; preparation of title closing/clearance and escrow documents, including HUD statements, Closing Disclosure Forms, and standard commercial closing statements; survey review; zoning compliance review; document review; disbursement of escrow; post-closing matters; and issuance of final policies. Brianne manages multi-site and multi-state title and escrow transactions and her responsibilities also include accounting functions, such as managing escrow and investment accounts; all accounts payable and receivable processing; wire authority approval; and office daily accounting contact.

Brianne has a Bachelor of Arts from Marietta College and a Master of Science degree from Xavier University.
